Battery Systems of Great Falls is honored to be selected as Branch of the Month for September. The team in Great Falls starts everyday with the goal to exceed our customer’s expectations by delivering unmatched service. The store in Great Falls opened for business in May of 2012. Since that time, we have worked diligently to provide each customer a solution to their battery problem, while building lasting relationships. The recognition of Branch of the Month provides further proof that our efforts continue to pay off. The whole team in Great Falls takes great pride in this achievement, which is a first for our branch.
We have three dedicated team members at the Great Falls branch: Bill Carpenter, Kelly Baroch and Luke Bauer. Bill is the branch lead and has been with Battery Systems for over three years. Bill’s background is in retail/customer service and warehousing, which has enabled him to excel in our business. His organizational skill and work ethic has transformed our branch into a consistent, top-ten contender on the Monthly Dashboard. Bill takes great pride in knowing that our store operates at near maximum efficiency. Kelly has been with Battery Systems since 2014. He brings a strong background in customer service and vehicle operation. His driving and safety record are near flawless – an aspect of his daily responsibilities, in which he takes great pride. Kelly has built great relationships with all of his route customers, with many of them asking, “Where is Kelly?” when someone else delivers.
The final member of our team is Luke, the Branch Sales Manager. He has been with Battery Systems since the beginning of 2010. His current role includes Branch Sale Manager duties for both the Great Falls and Missoula locations. His sales skills, along with a solid understanding of our business, enables him to help both branches see continued sales growth.
The dedication that our team in Great Falls exhibits on a daily basis is what makes our branch successful. We take pride in knowing that none of our competition can match the level of service that we provide. The growth and success that we have seen over the last six years is a direct reflection of this service commitment.
