We greatly appreciate the nod of being chosen as this month’s “branch of the month.” Our success is not only derived from the hard work these guys put in, day in and day out, but the support we receive from Jeremy Kiel, Brian Champlin and the fellas up at the Denver location. We take pride in our ability to separate ourselves from all of our competition in many ways, but particularly in customer service. There’s no way we’d be able to provide the level of service we strive for, without each one of them.
Joe Worrell has been our territory sales manager, since day one and since then he’s always demonstrated what it means to go the extra mile, not only for our customers, but our branch. Whether it meant coming in early, working late or even making deliveries on the weekend, Joe has never shied away from any request I or any customer has ever asked of him, all while balancing the role of father to his three kids, Hope, Wyatt and Levi. Our success has greatly hinged on his ability to begin, grow and continuously develop relationships and if you’ve met Joe, you’ll quickly see he’s a natural at all three.
Texas native, Tyler Robinson joined our team in October of 2012 as our delivery/route driver. He has always been able to channel the same passion he has for playing drums into taking care of each customer he meets. It’s a regular occurrence that a customer compliments Tyler’s politeness and promptness when working with customers. Witnessing his growth, from the time he joined our team to present has been very encouraging and it’s easy to see, with the hard work he puts in on a daily basis, that he’s constantly striving to reach the pinnacle of customer service.
Colin Ludeman came onboard, July 2016 as our part-time warehouse/delivery driver. Since then, he’s shown a tenacity for learning the ins and outs of our business and with that same determination has been recently brought on fulltime. Even early on, Colin’s ability to remain calm and think each situation out thoroughly, has been welcomed by everyone here and the customers he works with daily. Colin also dedicates a lot of his time to playing music and working on multiple different events for his church. It’s with all of this, that anyone can see how he’s built his solid work ethic.
We’re proud of the growth we’ve accomplished over the years, but we also make sure we don’t get caught flatfooted. Perfection isn’t something that can be expected, but striving for perfection is something we all have as a standard.
